All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and we can discuss options. If you think you may have received a defective doll please email me with photos and information. I will contact you directly to sort out the issue.
Shipping is available worldwide. Packages are shipped including a tracking number.
Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within North America.
Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Shipping costs can be seen upon checkout.
Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates only and at times, there may be delays. This is unfortunately out of our control and will not entitle the customer to a refund.
Custom orders require the full balance to start the order. Custom orders take 8 weeks for fully detailed dolls and an additional 2-4 weeks for rooted hair. This time frame is an estimate and could change depending on multiple factors. When purchasing a custom doll please let me know beforehand if you require a rush order. I will let you know if it is possible. If a time frame changes you will be notified right away. I try to be as quick as I can without compromising my artistic skills.
Upon completion of the doll final photos are sent. If the doll is on a payment plan the doll will ship once the full payment is received.
There are no refunds on custom dolls. I send work in progress photos along the way as well as final photos once the doll is completed. Should there be an issue while I am painting the doll, additions and changes can be made. I try to take as many photos as possible in all kinds of different lighting so you get a good idea of what your doll looks like.
In the unfortunate event of your doll being damaged there are no refunds.
I will be happy to help fix the doll if the doll isn't damaged too severely. Repair costs will incur.
This includes but is not limited to;
Tears in the body
Limbs ripping off the body
Scuffs or scratches
Eyes falling out
Rooted hair pulled out
Eyelashes pulled out
If you have a damaged doll please contact me as soon as possible. Please include a detailed description of what has happened and as many photos or videos as you can. I may be able to guide you through fixing the doll at home or in the worst case you can send the doll back to me to be fixed. Repair costs are subject to damage and supply cost at the given time of the incident. You are responsible for the shipping fees for repairs for both there and back.
Pre-made dolls that are listed in my shop are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Payment plans are available for CUSTOM ORDERS only.
First payment of half the total price is due at the start of the order.
Second payment can be made in full after the doll is finished.
You are also able to make payments weekly or bi-weekly while the doll is being worked on.
If you need a longer payment plan the second half of the total can be split into 4 payments paid bi-weekly.
The doll will not ship until the total amount has been paid.
Payment plans are strict. All payments must be made on or before the due date outlined in the agreement. If a buyer fails to make payments on time I reserve the right to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled there are NO refunds on previous payments.
I do understand that life can get in the way and there may be an issue with on time payments due to different circumstances. Please get in touch with me and let me know what is going on. I will be happy to work something out with you. If I do not hear from you then your order may be cancelled.
